How do I purchase tickets for Cinderella?
Tickets can be purchased online from Northwestern Box Office.
How do I access my tickets?
Tickets will be emailed to you after you make a purchase. Please present this PDF either on your screen or printed out when entering the theatre.
Where can I park?
Parking is limited in the lots directly near the theater. We recommend using one of the garages within a 10 minute walk from the theater. Please arrive early so you have time to park.
Lots:
The closest available parking lot is at 620 Emerson Street.
Parking is also available at 619 Clark Street.
Free parking is available in both lots on the weekends and on weekdays after 5 PM, but this parking is limited. We recommend arriving early to guarantee parking.
Garages:
The South Campus Parking Garage at 1847 Campus Dr. is a 7 minute walk from the theatre. Parking is free on the weekends and on weekdays after 4 PM.
The Church St. Self Park Garage at 525 Church St. is a 7 minute walk from the theatre. Parking is $6 for up to 5 hours.
The 1800 Maple Self Park Garage at 1800 Maple Ave. is a 10 minute walk from the theatre. Parking is $6 for up to 5 hours.
Is the theater accessible by public transportation?
Yes!

When should I arrive?
The lobby will open 45 minutes before curtain time. The house will open 30 minutes before curtain time. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the performance to give you ample time to find your seat.
Can I bring backpacks or large items into the theatre?
Backpacks are permitted inside the theatre. Please speak to the house managers upon arrival if you need to store large items during the performance.
Are masks required inside the theatre?
Masks are not required inside the theatre.
Is proof of vaccination required to enter the theatre?
Proof of vaccination is not required to enter the theatre.
What accessibility accommodations are available for audience members?
Accessible Seating
Accessible seats are available for all performances.
Orchestra seats K 401, K 201, N 301, N 311, Q 401, and Q 201 have removable arms for easier access.
Orchestra seats A 201-202, 204-205, 207-208, 301-302, 303-304, 305-306, 307-308, 401-402, 404-405, and 407-408 are wheelchair accessible. Each pair of seats folds away to accommodate one wheelchair.
All orchestra seats can be accessed without stars.
An elevator is available to access the second-floor balcony seating and basement bathrooms.
Assistive Listening
Hearing aids will be available to borrow for performances.
Sensory Accessibility
Sensory packs (which include fidget toys, noise-canceling headphones, etc) will be available to use for all audience members.
An access guide will be available to all audience members. This guide will include a social story which outlines high sensory moments and what to expect throughout the performance.
There will be a quiet room available for audience members who may need to step out during the performance.
Are there special discounts available for tickets?
Northwestern Students can access $10 tickets to performances by logging in with their Northwestern email. Limit 2 tickets per performance.
Northwestern Staff/Faculty can access $20 tickets to performances by logging in with their Northwestern email. Limit 2 tickets per performance.
Children under age 13 can access $10 tickets by applying the code TDSchild10 at checkout. Limit 4 tickets per order.
High school students between the ages 14 - 18 can access $10 tickets by applying the code TDSstudent10 at checkout. Limit 2 tickets per order.
Seniors over age 65 can access $20 tickets by applying the code TDSsenior20 at checkout. Limit 2 tickets per order.
How can I bring a group to see Cinderella?
Group tickets are available for purchase for all performances. Orders with 10 or more tickets will receive a 10% discount on the order. If you are interested in group booking, please reach out to sales@nudolphinshow.org for booking assistance. Group tickets can only be paid for via check (made out to “Northwestern University” with the memo line “Dolphin Show - Group Tix”) or in person with a credit card at the Norris Center front desk.
