Each year, over 150 undergraduate administrators, designers, technicians, actors, and musicians work together to mount a massive Broadway-style musical in Cahn Auditorium, Northwestern University’s grandest performance venue. Our mission is three-fold: to provide a new generation of artists and administrators with an unmatched production experience, to develop a vibrant community among this group of collaborators from across Northwestern’s campus, and to create a theatrical experience that celebrates musical theater and encourages reflection in its audiences.

This show would not happen without generous supporters like YOU! Each year, we raise nearly a quarter of our budget from friends, family, and alumni support. All donations are 100% tax deductible and go directly towards bringing The Dolphin Show to life. Please consider making a contribution to Dolphin today!

If you have any questions specifically about making a donation, please feel free out to our Directors of Development at development@nudolphinshow.org

Audience Testimonials

The 82nd Annual Dolphin Show: Cinderella

“I was absolutely blown away by the talent and the overall production of Cinderella. From start to finish it was a true marvel and I'll be telling all my friends they must see this play before it closes.” - Amy Furrow

“Cinderella was a sweet and funny show filled with classic musical theatre charm, a stunningly talented cast, and beautiful costume and set designs!” - Lili Daskais

“Dolphin's Cinderella was one of the best shows we've ever seen at Northwestern. The performances were all stellar. The singing and acting were very professional. The orchestra was top notch, as was the staging and choreography. We were blown away.” - Audience member

“Genuinely, Dolphin reminded me why I love the art of theatre. It is such a beautiful display of collaboration, talent, and innovation. But most of all, it was packaged in a stunning (surprisingly socially conscious) libretto. This show's grit and kindness were balanced beautifully, and I could not stop smiling from the moment the overture began until I went home.” - Audience member
